In Saudi Arabia, huge amounts of gold and copper deposits were found. The Saudi Geological Survey says that gold ore has been found in the Medina area. In four different places in the city, copper ore was also found.

Medina is known as the holy city where the Islamic Prophet was born. Medina is also the place where large amounts of copper and gold have been found. Copper deposits were found in Medina, and gold deposits were found near Medina.

At least 5,300 different mineral sites can be found in Saudi. This includes many different kinds of metal rocks and other things like building materials, gemstones, rocks used for decoration, and so on.

• Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman said that the mining industry in the Kingdom is putting more focus on research and development.
• Mining is also being promoted as an important part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plan.
• The Saudi Geological Department thinks that recent discoveries could lead to more mining investments from outside the country.
• Authorities also think that the new discoveries will bring investors from both inside and outside the country to the area.
• The area’s leaders say that the recent discoveries will likely lead to the creation of more than 4,000 new jobs.
• The economy of the kingdom might get better because of this.
