9-May, Mumbai Indias vs Royal Challengers Bangalore

• Mumbai Indians took on Royal Challengers Bangalore and boy, was it a nail-biter! Mumbai Indians chased a target of 200 runs and managed to score it in just 16.3 overs! That’s like finishing your math homework super fast!
• The star of the match was Suryakumar Yadav, who scored an amazing 83 runs off just 35 balls! That’s like hitting a home run, a three-pointer and scoring a touchdown all at once!
• Nehal Wadhera also played a crucial role by scoring an unbeaten 52 runs off just 34 balls. But wait, there’s more! Ishan Kishan scored 42 runs off just 21 balls, setting the tone for Mumbai Indians’ big chase. Earlier, Royal Challengers Bangalore had scored 199 runs in 20 overs, with Glenn Maxwell scoring 68 runs off 33 balls and Faf du Plessis hitting 65 runs off 41 balls.
• Jason Behrendorff was the star bowler for Mumbai Indians, picking up 3 wickets for just 36 runs. After winning the toss, Rohit Sharma, the captain of Mumbai Indians, chose to field first. So, that’s how Mumbai Indians won by 6 wickets and made all their fans go crazy with excitement!

10-May, Chennai Super Kings vs Delhi Capitals

• In the match between the Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals, things got really intense! The Chennai Super Kings batted first and put up a total score of 167/8. But what’s really cool is that every batsman from their team contributed to this score by playing little cameo innings of 20 to 30 runs.
• Even the great MS Dhoni played an important role in giving the team a much-needed acceleration towards the end! When it was Delhi Capitals’ turn to bat, things didn’t go so well for them. They lost their skipper, David Warner, for a duck and things just went downhill from there.
• The big names in their batting lineup like Manish Pandey and Rilee Rossouw played at a very slow strike rate and couldn’t get the team to the finish line.
• Matheesa Pathirana from the CSK side was the pick of the bowlers and ended up with figures of 3/37, while Deepak Chahar also picked up two wickets and helped his team to victory.
