A teenage period is not a easy to survive. It is that stage of life where most memorable as well as most anguish moments are made and we enter a stage of confusion.

Over the last few years the world has modernized to the extent that it affects a teenage adversely. In the past years a child entered into the age of 13 – 14 years suffering emotional and harmonal changes and was easy to handle and could be controlled. On the contrary, now-a-days it is next to impossible to handle him/her without advising a councellor. The latter-day, teenager wants all that what they see on these popularised social media.

They seem to forgot that this is that stage of life where building a path for good future starts. There is a turmoil inside him/her for choosing studies or being a cool social media guy.

In teenage period a person not only suffers with environmental changes but also emotional and physical changes impact greatly. For instance he/she entered into teenage and becomes gloomy. Mood swings is one of the most common effect.

Depressive thoughts also cover the mind of the person. Every year many deaths have been registered due to depression only. But even after all this it is the happiest stage of life as a person starts seeing the world with a different view, personality development takes place.

However, a teenager should not be left alone to live there life the way they wants. He should be counselled and consoled regularly. Counselling and advising is the most crucial part of teenage. If not advised a person may lose herself or himself in the world of smoking and drinking. Smoking and drinking is the most common habit teenagers adopt to create impression on their peer groups. Also there activities should be kept in check.

The most painful part of being a teenager is leaving our childhood behind. Those immature days, free of stress will not come back and thus we have to carry a sack of responsibilities with us.
