Rules for Post Submission

Hello Everyone! I am Sarannya Nanda of 9th grade from Pathways School Gurgaon and today I am going to address the topic “Are leaders born or made?”. To begin with, a leader is more than just a role model but is driven by motivation and aims for the welfare of society.
The ability to lead effectively requires the development of skills that are acquired through experiences, training, and self-development. Phycologists have proved that one-third of a leader is born whereas two-third of a leader is made. People who are extroverts such as Bill Clinton and Steve Jobs are bold, assertive, and risk-takers. Leaders are intelligent, which is a quality developed through their inquisitiveness. They have a high IQ and possess empathy and can handle social situations.
In conclusion, no leader is born they are made. Leadership is a skill, and skills are developed and improved with practice. I would like to leave you with a quote “Effective Leaders are made, not born. They learn from trial and error, and from experience.”- Colin Powell
