My Expressions

Today is a special day that comes every year
To shower compliments on people who are so dear
They make us know the world we are in
under their kindness, patience, and love, we live.

So, let me thank you, teachers, for helping me learn,
It is because of you that learning has become fun
Math, English, UOI, Hindi and so many other things,
I am grateful that you helped me find my wings.

You taught me lessons that I will keep for life,
It is because of you that I will never stumble but strive
You praise me for every good work I do,
And when I do not understand, you give me clues.

You help me practise things that I get wrong,
It is because of you I learn to be strong
The people that we look up to most of the time,
are none but teachers who shape our lives.

May you all be blessed with success, happiness, and might,
This is my wish for all of you today, tomorrow and the rest of my life.
