Hurricane Humberto to hit Bermuda

Hurricane Humberto to hit BermudaRecently, we read about Hurricane Dorian affecting the Bahamas.

Now, the US National Hurricane Center says another Hurricane, called Humberto, is expected to hit Bermuda with high winds and heavy rain later this week.

Hurricane Humberto is getting stronger and could become a major hurricane by today or tomorrow morning.
 	The Bermuda Weather Service has issued a tropical storm warning for the island.
 	Hurricane Humberto is travelling at a speed of about 145 km/hr.
 	Over the next few days, strong sea waves generated by Humberto will also reach a part of Bahamas coast as well as the US coastline from central Florida to North Carolina.
 	Authorities have warned swimmers and surfers to stay alert.

Bermuda (the Islands of Bermuda) is a British Overseas Territory in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Bermuda has its own constitution, government and a Parliament which makes local laws.
 	The United Kingdom is responsible for its defence and foreign relations.
