India loses the second test match while Djokovic is denied entry in Australia.

India-South Africa Test Match

We all know that India is on its tour to South Africa. India won the first test match against South Africa.

The second test of the series began on 3rd January and the Proteas team defeated team India by 8 wickets. Now, the score is 1-1 on the scoreboard.

The two days of the test cricket match got wasted to rains. Yet, South Africa took the charge and won the second match in the test series. Captain Dean Elgar scored 96 runs to win the match in 67.4 overs.

The third and last test of the series begins in Cape Town on 11th January 2022.

Novak Djokovic was denied entry in Australia

Novak Djokovic is a Serbian Tennis player. He is the defending champion of the Australian Open Tennis tournament that will begin on 17th January 2022. But the tennis champion has been denied entry in Australia.

The reason that Novak Djokovic has been denied entry in Australia, is that the famous tennis player is not vaccinated. In the times, when Vaccination is necessary because of COVID-19 spread, the player arrived in Australia with a medical exception for both vaccination and quarantine.

Australia has cancelled Djokovic’s visa and denied him entry into the country. Moreover, the Australian government is also checking through the vaccination status of all foreign players.

Novak Djokovic has launched an urgent court challenge against the cancellation which is due to a hearing on Monday.
