From March to May, the city experiences autumn. Yes, when the northern hemisphere (places above the Equator) has summer, the southern hemisphere (places below the Equator) has autumn and winter! The Equator is an imaginary line that divides the earth into two halves.

Brisbane has winter from June to August. But both in autumn and winter there is plenty of sunshine!
