Play these video games for fun and exercisePhysical exercise and video games do not often go together. However, there are some fun games that actually combine the two. Let's read about them.

Beat Saber

In this game, you will see big blocks coming your way which you have to avoid and use your arm to slice through them. You can play this game using a PS4 (play station 4) or on a computer. You would also need a VR (virtual reality) headset to fully experience it.

Virtual Reality is the use of computer technology to allow the user to feel that they are experiencing technology in real life.

Ring Fit Adventure

This game is designed like a quest (journey). Its ultimate goal is to defeat a bodybuilding dragon called Dragaux by doing exercise moves like squatting, crunches etc. This game can be played on the Nintendo Switch gaming system.

Wii Sports

With this game, you can play outdoor sports such as tennis, bowling and boxing, indoors. You need a Wii gaming system to play this. In order to play, you use the Wii remote to move around as if you were actually playing (for example, swinging a tennis racquet). You can also have 'matches' with another person as if you were actually playing on the court.
