SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket returns to Earth

SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket returns to EarthWe have read about the successful launch of Demo-2, the historic mission by SpaceX and NASA.

The astronauts were taken to the International Space Station on a Crew Dragon capsule, powered by a Falcon 9 rocket.

The Falcon 9 rocket has successfully completed its mission and returned to Earth.

About 9 minutes after liftoff, the 15-storey-tall Falcon 9 came back to Earth landing on a SpaceX drone ship.
 	The drone ship called 'Of Course I Still Love You' was stationed off the Florida coast.
 	With the rocket back, the ship soon started heading back toward shore, and arrived at its destination, Florida's Port Canaveral, on 2 June.
 	SpaceX commonly recycles and reflies Falcon 9 first stage rockets. The Falcon 9 has two stages (parts) -  the first stage (which has 9 engines) is reusable.
 	This recycling is important to SpaceX. It wants to reduce the cost of space flight so that it can help travelling further into space cheaper.

This particular Falcon 9 rocket may or may not fly again. However, it will be definitely preserved as part of a historic mission. It also has NASA's old "worm" logo which has not been used for a long time.
