Elizabeth Norman is a 7-year-old girl from England. She wants to be an astronaut in the future and is “mad about space”. Now, she will be the youngest-ever child to send an object to the Moon.

The 7-year-old girl is sending a sticker with her social media links. The sticker will be put in a time capsule and launched to the Moon in a rocket named Vulcan Centaur.

A time capsule contains objects and information that have some meaning. It is meant to be opened much later in the future. So, Elizabeth hopes that someday, an alien will find the time capsule.

A company named United Launch Alliance (ULA) is launching the rocket to the Moon. They have put many items in the time capsule, including Elizabeth’s sticker.

Vulcan Centaur will launch by the end of 2021 from Florida, US. And of course, Elizabeth and her family will be there to watch it.

Not only that, but this very smart 7-year-old girl also recently finished a short space programme by NASA. She even has her own science-themed Youtube channel. See it below.
