Six tigers on a walk

People often put up interesting videos on Twitter which then go viral. For instance, recently, we saw a video where the elephant was climbing over a fence.

Today, let’s read about another interesting video. This video shows six tigers walking together. Actor Randeep Hooda shared the video on Twitter. The date of the video is unknown but it seems to have been shot at the Umred-Karhandla Wildlife Sanctuary near Nagpur in Maharashtra. As the tigers walk on, a car approaches them from behind, which scares one away. But the rest keep walking.

Now, you will be wondering – why is this video so interesting? We see videos of tigers often.

But this video is special because tigers are solitary animals. This means they live alone almost all their lives, except when they are cubs (babies). They live with their mothers when they are young but after they grow up, they leave. While of course, groups of tigers have been seen before but a group of six is very rare.

Do you know which other animals are solitary animals? Tell us on Me – My Expressions at Curious Times.
