Have you ever watched the films about Alvin and the Chipmunks?

It’s about three animated chipmunks – Alvin, Simon and Theodore, who become famous for their singing.

What are chipmunks?

Chipmunks are a type of tiny squirrel found in North America.

The characters were created by an American singer named Ross Bagdasarian.

Alvin and his brothers are known for singing famous songs in very high-pitched and squeaky voices. While some people may find them irritating, Alvin and the Chipmunks have become the most successful children’s artists of all time. One of their songs, The Chipmunk Song, is one of the best-selling songs of all time.

The trio

Alvin and the Chipmunks consist of  Alvin who is the naughty one; Simon, the tall, smart one with glasses; and Theodore, the chubby, shy one. They live with their human adoptive father, David (Dave) Seville.
