We need to stop water pollution to save the ‘Bird that cannot Fly’

Yes, 'Penguins', the birds who don't fly but are still counted as birds.

There are about 17-20 different species of penguins.
 	They are usually white in color with a dark patch that looks like a jacket.
 	Some species have slight colors too.

Water birds

Penguins spend most of their lives in water.
 	Their eyes are designed to see better underwater than on land.
 	Penguins’ feathers are coated in a waterproof oil.
 	Their wings have evolved into flippers.

Food

Penguins eat sea creatures like fish, squid, crabs, krill.
 	They catch these creatures while swimming.

Molting

Penguins shed all of their feathers before new ones come out.
 	This is called molting.
 	Molting can take 14 to 21 days during which time they can't swim and catch fish.
 	So they eat extra and fatten themselves up earlier to last through this fasting period.

In Trouble

Oil spills, plastic and trash pollution, over-fishing, and climate change are are causing trouble to penguin species across the world.

We should take care to protect this beautiful creation of God.
