My Expressions

Noah’s Pencil Box

Noah was an eight-year-old boy who was very careless. He never used to keep back his pencils, eraser or scale back into his pencil box after its use. He always misplaced his things. Once he even lost his pencil box.

One day when his mother went out shopping, he decided to draw a picture for her. While drawing, he accidentally dropped his green pencil.”Oh! I will take it later”. Said, Noah.

Suddenly his green pencil got up and said to Noah “Hey kiddo, listen up I am fed up of being thrown down like this every day. If you don’t stop this, then all of my leads will be broken into pieces.

The pink pencil cried and said “Look at my bum. You have chewed it up as if I am a piece of chicken leg. Now I am too embarrassed to come out of the pencil box as everyone teases me a lot. If you don’t stop chewing me then I will give pain in your stomach.

Next, the blue pencil said angrily “Hey boy look what you have done to me. You have sharpened me on both sides. Now I don’t know which is my head or tail. Now I look like a two-headed alien.

Mr eraser jumped out of the box and screamed “Why have you drawn pictures and made holes in me? Now I look like a piece of cheese. Next time please draw on a piece of paper.

Finally, our pencil box wailed “Why do you misplace me always? You keep me on top of the cupboard and forget about me. You even put pencil waste inside me and always keep me so untidy.”
Noah felt ashamed after seeing the entire scene unfold before him. So he apologized to them and promised to take care of his pencil box.
