Once upon a time, there was a vast kingdom Vijaynagar.

The most famous king and powerful king of this empire were Krishna Dev Raya. He extended the empire from Hampi to Cuttak.

He defeated Ismail Adil Khan of Bijapur and Prataprudra of Gajpati Orissa and many more. He was the most powerful king in the 15th century. He was also a great lover of art and architecture. He had many ministers in his court but the wise man was Ramkrishna, the special adviser to the king.

One day the king asked how many crows are there in Vijaynagar? So all ministers started counting crows. The next the answers were ready. But all were different.

So he asked Ramkrishna to answer then he said 2000 crows are in the capital and the whole country had 2000+20,00,200 crows so the king asked if it gets more or less so what will your answer.

Rama said if it gets more it would be because some new crows are on a tour to our country. And if they turn out to be less, it would be because some crows from our country have gone for a tour to other countries.

Everyone laughed.
