My Expressions

I used to wake up to the sound of vehicles, but now during this lockdown, I am waking up to the sound of birds chirping. Because of the less vehicular usage, the air, water and our environment have become cleaner.

Here are some of the promises I have made to save my Earth and I will try my best to keep them.

1. I will not cut trees and I will plant more trees.
2. I will try to reduce the usage of vehicles and will try to use
   public transport more.
3. I will never litter.
4. I will try my best to prevent the wastage of water.
5. I will follow the 3 R’s – Reuse, Reduce and Recycle
6. I will use fountain pens instead of gel pens to prevent the
   disposal of plastic.
7. I will carry cloth bags instead of plastic ones while shopping.
8. I will turn off electrical equipment and switches when not in use. I promise to protect and love our beautiful Mother Earth that is given by God.
