Stuffed Garlic Bread

Ingredients
Dry Yeast ¾ tsp
Warm Water ¼ cup
Sugar 2 tsp
Maida 1½ cup
Oregano as you like
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 3 tsp
Butter
Cheese (optional)
Stuffing of your choice
Procedure
1) Add the sugar in warm water and stir well
2) add the yeast and mix it well. Keep the yeast mixture in a corner for 20 minutes or until it activates.
3) in a kneading bowl add the maida, garlic, salt and oregano and mix it well
4) Add the yeast mixture and knead it to form a dough. Add water if required.
5) Cover it with a wet cloth and let it rest for 3 hours or until it doubles or triples in size
6) Once the dough has rested knead it for 20 seconds and form it in round shape. (Keep it a little thick)
7) On half side of the formed dough add cheese, garlic, oregano and stuffing of your choice.
8) Apply water and seal it tight in a semi circle shape. Trace marks for bite sized pieces. You can sprinkle oregano if you like. Also apply a little butter
9) bake it in the microwave until it’s done. (I used combo mode)
10) Garlic bread is ready to be eaten. Cut it on traced marks and you can eat it.
