The News: Golden Wings
Today, the 10th of September 2020, marks the historical moment in the Indian Air Force.
Rafale aircraft was inducted in the Indian Airforce under the name Golden wings squardon in Ambala Air Force Station with great pomp and show. Rafale is a French fighter aircraft. It is manufactured by the Dassault Aviation. It was first introduced on 18th may 2001. It is used by French Air Force & Navy, Qatar airforce, Egyptian Airforce and now by the Indian Air Force. It has twin engines.
It is a a multiple role fighter plane. With its avionics, radars and weapons it can defend, bombard and can travel long distance also the weapons have longer reach. It will empower our Airforce and make us better prepared for war like situations.
