Poonam- Bonjour Tanya!

Tanya- Salut Poonam!

Poonam- Comment ça va(how are you?)? Veux-tu(do you want) aller(to go) au cinéma(cinema) avec(with) moi(me)?

Tanya- Je veux(want) aller au cinéma mais(but) malheureusement(unfortunately) j’ai mal au pied(hurt my foot). J’ai laissé tomber(dropped) une lourde(heavy) boîte(box) sur(on) mon pied.

Poonam – Oh non! (oh no!)

Tanya- Je suis allé(went) chez le médecin(to the doctor) hier(yesterday). Il a examiné(examined) mon pied(my foot) et m’a prescrit(prescribed me) des médicaments(medicines) et du alitement(bed rest).

Poonam – Quand(when) ton(your) pied va-t-elle guérir(heal)?

Tanya-Le médecin dit(says) qu’il a besoin de(it needs) 2 semaines(weeks) pour guérir(to heal).

Poonam- Eh bien, je peux(can) venir(come) chez toi(to your house) et nous pouvons(we can) regarder(watch) un film(movie) ensemble(together) à la télé(TV). Je peux(can) apporter(bring) des collations(snacks) comme(like) des chips et du pop-corn(popcorn)!

Tanya- J’adore(like/adore) cette(this) idée(idea)! Viens vite(come fast), j’attends(I am waiting).

Poonam- D’accord(Okay), je viens(I am coming)!
