There are many kinds of frogs, and they come in all colours and sizes.

Recently a team of biologists from the University of Delhi and Zoological Survey of India (ZSI) discovered a new kind of frog in Arunachal Pradesh.

They have named the frog Microhyla eos.
 	The frog was discovered in Rani Jheel in the Namdapha Tiger Reserve, Arunachal Pradesh.

Microhyla eos belongs to a family of frogs called Microhyla.
 	This family of frog are narrow-mouthed frogs.

In the local language, they are called  'Rice Frogs' or 'Chorus Frogs'.
 	These kinds of frogs can be found throughout Asia.
