Today, we have a story about Dutee Chand, Indian national champion sprinter.

She has been named in the 'TIME 100 NEXT' list of the most influential persons in the world.

This list is an initiative of TIME, which is an American weekly news magazine.
 	The list highlights 100 rising stars who are shaping the future of business, entertainment, sports, politics, health, science, etc.
 	Other stars in the list include rapper Lil Nas X, comedian Lilly Singh, singers Camilla Cabelo, Billie Eilish, violinist Vijay Gupta, Kpop group Blackpink and many more.

About Dutee Chand

Dutee Chand, born on 3 February 1996, is a professional Olympic sprinter.
 	She is the third Indian woman to ever qualify for the Women's 100 metres event at the Summer Olympic Games.
 	She has won numerous medals including two silvers at the Jakarta Asian Games.

Dutee Chand expressed her delight at the honour and said she will continue fighting for gender equality.
