  • They are rich in nutrients.
  • Bananas can be included in your diet to aid in the regulation of blood pressure, the strengthening of bones, the alleviation of constipation, and other health benefits.
  • It is also recommended for weight loss since it does not contain fats.
  • Raw bananas are also used to manufacture a variety of appetizing food dishes.
