Day 15 at the Tokyo Olympics wasn’t great for India.

Indian golfer Aditi Ashok lost another bronze medal hope for India as she finished 4th in the final round. However, she had the best-ever finish by any Indian golfer at the Olympics. She lost to Nelly Korda of the United States.

Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra and wrestler Bajrang Punia are all set to play the final games. Neeraj Chopra has set high hopes for the gold medal in javelin throw while Bajrang Punia will play for a bronze medal.

World Tally at Olympics

China is at the top of the Olympic medal tally with 37 gold medals. The US is in second place with 33 gold medals while Japan is in 3rd place with 24 gold medals. India is at 66th place with 2 silver medals and 3 bronze medals.

British diver Thomas Daley won a lot of hearts after been seen knitting before the men’s 10m platform diving final on day fifteen of the Tokyo Olympics. Daley is an Olympic gold medallist, having won in the men’s synchronised 10-metre platform event this time.
