Netaji’s hologram – Immortalised in time

Recommended for Secondary Grades

Glorious Day

On January 23rd – Netaji’s Birth Anniversary,  Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated the Netaji’s hologram. The hologram was displayed in India Gate. It was a magical moment!.

There is no better way to immortalise a person using technology. Moreover, one could feel as if Netaji was right in front of you. So, the feeling was priceless and gave one goosebump. In addition, our Prime Minister also conferred awards for disaster management. And the awards are called ” Subhas Chandra Bose Aapda Prabhandhan Puraskar“.

Let’s back to the basics for a moment and revisit the idea of a hologram.

What's a hologram

A hologram is a techniqe that recreates 3-dimensional objects using beams of light.

Hologram- slick tech

Holograms are used in various industries.  So, if you want to showcase an idea or working 3D model. Also, some of the coolest moments in the past are re-created using Hologram Technology. Imagine floating 3d-images in thin air to real-life models of celebrities. I hope our munchkins haven’t forgotten the dinosaurs in amusement parks?

Salute to our freedom fighters

At Curious Times we think it’s a great idea to use Holograms.  It is amazing to offer respect to our freedom fighters using such slick tech. Who knows? Maybe, one day we could see a hologram of  Mahatma Gandhi spinning yarn. He could also be singing his favourite hymn.

Here’s an excellent opportunity to check out Netaji’s hologram.
