Scientists have discovered a new species of tiny chocolate frogs. They were able to identify the frogs with their unique beep sound.
Finding the chocolate frogs
Scientists have found the frogs in Amazon. It has a sharp nose like a tapir. It is approximately 1-2 centimetres in size. The frogs are of dark brown colour. The new species are named Synapturanus Danta, chocolate frog being the common name.

How did the scientists discover the chocolate frog?
Scientists have remained unknown to the existence of these tiny frogs.

The local guides of the region took the scientists to Peatland areas and asked them to look for the frogs at night.

Scientists searched for three nights and finally, they started digging the peatland area. After digging for some time, they discovered a ny chocolate frog that they were willing to find. Isn't it cute? See the picture below:

These frogs live under the ground, you can only recognise them with their "beep" sound. These tiny frogs are spread across Amazon.

The researchers are studying the body adaptations of these tiny frogs and there is a long way ahead to learn more about them. Let us know your thoughts in the comment box!
