India vs West Indies:T20 International Cricket Match update

After three consecutive wins in the One Day International Cricket, India and West Indies played their first T20 International match on 16th February 2022.

The first T20I match took place at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. Team India won the match by 6 wickets.

After winning the toss, Rohit Sharma begins the game by taking 40 runs while Sukumar Yadav took 34 runs. Ravi Bishnoi took 2 wickets and 17 runs. Harshal Patel earned two wickets and made 37 runs.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Deepak Chahar took one wicket each with a partnership of 59 runs. Moreover, Venkatesh Iyer and Suryakumar Yadav took 48 runs in partnership. India scored 157 runs in 20 overs while West Indies was all out at 157 runs and 4 wickets. Ravi Bishnoi is named the Man of the Match.
