Russi Taylor: Minnie Mouse voice actress dies aged 75Actress Russi Taylor who was the voice of the iconic Disney character Minnie Mouse is no more.

She died in California, US on Friday 26th July 2019.
 	Originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts, she landed the role of Minnie Mouse in 1986.
 	Over the next 30 years, she did the voice for the famous Minnie Mouse in a lot of projects.
 	They included Disney films, television programmes and theme parks.
 	She also did the movie 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?' and the TV show 'Mickey Mouse Clubhouse'.
 	Taylor lent her voice to other roles too like TaleSpin, The Little Mermaid, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command and Kim Possible.
 	"I never wanted to be famous," she said. "The characters I do are famous, and that's fine for me."
 	Taylor had wanted to work for Disney ever since she met its founder and namesake* Walt Disney during a childhood trip to Disneyland.

In 1991, she married Wayne Allwine, who was the voice of Mickey Mouse from 1977 until his death in 2009.

They were both named Disney Legends* in 2008.
