Meet the World’s tallest Savannah Cat!

Recommended for Preparatory Grades

Fenrir, a majestic Savannah cat, has towered into the record books as the world’s tallest living domestic feline! Guinness World Records has bestowed this lofty honor upon the remarkable cat. A graceful blend of breeds, Fenrir belongs to Dr. William John in the United States of America – a lifelong cat enthusiast.

Dr. William acquired Fenrir as a mere twelve-week-old kitten. “People often mistake Fenrir for a miniature panther, a puma, or even an ocelot!” Dr. William remarks. As a doctor specializing in HIV research, he credits Fenrir’s extraordinary achievement with revitalizing his life’s work. The newfound global spotlight, he hopes, will raise awareness and understanding of hybrid cat breeds.

Speaking of tall cats, try twisting your tongue around this feline-tastic phrase:

Fierce Fenrir, feline friend, finds fame for fantastic form.

Fenrir’s Incredible Stats!

  • Height Hype: Fenrir stands a whopping 47.83 centimeters (18.83 inches) tall – that’s nearly twice the size of your average kitty! Imagine him stretching out to his full height!

  • Official Champ: It’s not just us saying it! The International Cat Association has crowned Fenrir the official record holder.

  • Wild Roots: This unique breed is a fascinating mix of a housecat and a serval, a sleek African wildcat with those amazing ears!

  • Towering Over the Rest: Despite his wildcat cousins, Fenrir is unusually tall, even for a Savannah cat.

  • An Extra Inch of Awesome: Fenrir beats out the typical Savannah cat (which are already tall!) by a whole inch! That’s a big deal in the feline world.
