India’s Literature Festival celebrates words & ideas!

This year, the Literary for Life festival will be held to honour books and ideas. On February 24 and 25, the festival will take place at the Music Academy in Chennai.
What is a literary or literature festival?
A literature festival usually has presentations and readings by authors, as well as other events, spread out over a few days. The main objectives are to encourage the authors’ books and get people interested in reading and writing.
It will have a wide range of events on many different subjects. Such as important works of fiction and nonfiction, as well as translations, movies, and biographies.

- Not only does it provide a place for debate and discussion, but it also brings readers and writers together.
- Gaur Gopal Das will talk about his most recent book, “Energize Your Mind,” at the festival.

- Geetanjali Shree, the winner of the International Booker Prize for 2022, will talk about her journey as a writer.
- Wasim Akram, a cricket player from Pakistan, will talk about his book Sultan.
- The people who run the festival think that it has become more open in recent years.
- They’ve seen that more and more young people are going to sessions.
- Also, they talk excitedly about the sessions with people around them.
