ISRO Helicopter Drops Rocket to Cut Costs!The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) did something amazing! They launched and landed a reusable rocket. The rocket is called the Reusable Launch Vehicle Autonomous Landing Experiment (RLV LEX).
Important Details

A helicopter carried the RLV LEX 4.5 km above the ground.
 	Thereafter it was released to carry out an autonomous landing on a runway.
 	Importantly, this is the first time a helicopter has carried a winged body to such a height and landed on a runway.
 	Although the rocket hasn't gone into space yet, this brings India closer to having its own reusable rocket.
 	Moreoever, this development brings India one step closer to having its own reusable rocket.
 	Further, the RLV is expected to significantly bring down costs.
 	As a consequence, this would make similar launches accessible and more frequent.
 	In other words, ISRO hopes that this would offer a major boost to space agencies in terms of cost and efficiency.
 	The RLV was also put through its paces with a variety of cutting-edge technologies during its testing.
