  • In order to become a meteorologist, one needs a bachelor’s of science degree or higher in meteorology or atmospheric sciences.
  • You must also be good at maths and related subjects like statistics and calculus.
  • In India, there are a few places that offer the course, which include the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology in Patna, IITs – Delhi and Kharagpur, etc
