  • So, eating right is good not only for the person but also for society. 
  • Proper nutrition also plays an important role in helping children grow healthy and strong.
  • When the body does not have a balanced diet, it can lead to malnutrition.
  • Malnutrition, especially in young children, makes them sicker and they cannot grow properly.
