The first word that follows Mahatma Gandhiji is peace. Mahatma Gandhi strongly believed in peace and non-violence. He carried out the quit India movement and there was no violence.

Messiah Of The Modern World

He chose the path of truth,
He stood for the truth and only the truth,
He taught us truth, unity, cleanliness and simplicity,
advised his followers to only follow the truth.

Satya and Ahimsa were his only weapons,
Unlike a sword or spear,
Which wounds a heart,
His weapons won the heart.

He made a campaign,
Of Quit India,
He was thrown in jail,
But never lost hope in India.

With his weapons,
He could do what many failed,
He earned us all freedom,
And drove the British out of Bharat Mata.

Now… Now… Now…

Trash on the streets,
Fights on the roads,
Polluted rivers,
Greed for money,
Robberies everywhere,
Beggars in the alleys,
Deadly diseases everywhere.

So much hatred is throughout the world,
But now all of his teachings are being forgotten,
The world needs him now,
Oh god, please let him be reborn.
