The festival of Diwali has a deep spiritual meaning, it essentially means ‘the awareness of the inner light’. In a way, it is the celebration of the awakening and awareness of the inner light which has the power to outshine darkness and clear all obstacles in life. On this festival, all the lights and diyas eradicate dark shadows and evil, and all the prayers and fondness among people create a splendid atmosphere full of righteousness and purity.

The festival of Diwali fills everyone’s hearts with an aura of purity and a happy, compassionate mood. Diwali marks the birth of a new and rejuvenated soul. It is a celebration that unites people from every corner. A simple smile and a kind, accommodating heart melts even the hardest of hearts. It is a time when people mingle about in joy and embrace one another.

The triumph of light over darkness

The lights of Diwali also signify a time to destroy all our dark desires, dark thoughts, and have a deeper, inner illumination and self-reflection.
