MAGICAL TEARS

Whether we’re young or old, we shed tears atleast once. Either it is for happiness or sorrows. We have different emotions now & then. Sometimes people cry due to bad results, when gets hurt, feel angry etc. Even it can be due to joy like getting surprise gifts, achieving something great etc.
BUT, But, But……………….
The most important question is………
‘How is TEARS formed?’
And I’ve got its answers to pen down for a few information.
Tears or tear drops are formed in Lacrinal Glands which are present just on top of our eyes. There are mainly three types of tears:
• Basal tears
• Reflex tears
• Emotional tears
Each one has special characteristics of their own & causes.
1) BASAL TEARS:
These are the tear drops which helps to clear our eyes or else they would have surely dried up. It has got a larger amount of H²0 or Water in it.
2) REFLEX TEARS:
This tear is really helpful because when any dirt particles enter the eyes, it gets hurt etc, these tear drops are produced to wash away dirts & give a relief sensation.
3) EMOTIONAL TEARS:
These are formed based on the emotions we face as I had said before. This type of tears act as natural pain killers & has stress hormones which after crying gives a calm and relaxed sensation. Researches have told that Emotional Tears helps us to sleep well too.
At the end we’ll have a Fun Fact!
In harsh cold whether of places like Siberia, Greenland, North Pole & South Pole, tear drops freeze into ice and also an Aqueous later is formed over the eyes. The opposite happens in extreme hot temperatures. Our eyes turns red, irritation occurs and tears evaporate.
