FIFA Women’s World Cup 2019: Scotland and Argentina are out of the tournamentThe FIFA Women's World Cup is underway.

19th June (20th early morning for India) saw two exciting matches. The match between Scotland and Argentina was an especially nail-biting one, with plenty of goals coming from both sides.

8 of the 16 pre-quarterfinal spots have been filled as of now.

Group D - Japan versus England.

The final score was Japan 0 - England 1.
 	The goals of the match were scored by England's Ellen White
 	The player of the match was Ellen White.
 	Both teams had already qualified for the pre-quarterfinals.

Group D - Scotland versus Argentina.

The final score was Scotland 3 - Argentina 3.
 	The goals for Scotland were scored by Kim Little, Jennifer Beattie and Erin Cuthbert.
 	The goals for Argentina were scored by Milagros Menendez, Lee Alexander and Florencia Bonsegundo (penalty).
 	The player of the match was Erin Cuthbert.
 	Unfortunately, both teams have insufficient points to go through to the next round and are out of the tournament.

Today the matches will be as per the following schedule:

Netherlands versus Canada at 9:30 PM IST
 	Cameroon versus New Zealand at 9:30 PM IST
 	Sweden versus United States at 12:30 AM IST (21st June)
 	Thailand versus Chile at 12:30 AM IST (21st June)
