First batch of Starlink’s 60 small satellites launched into low-Earth orbit

SpaceX has confirmed the successful deployment of 60 Starlink satellites.

This batch of satellites are a part of the new Starlink project
 	The aim of the project is to provide high-quality internet service across the world.

This first set of satellites was finally launched into low-Earth orbit on 23rd May 10:30 p.m. local time.

The Falcon 9 rocket carrying the satellites took off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida, U.S.
 	Each satellite weighs about 227 kg making it the heaviest payload carried into space by SpaceX.
 	The launch was delayed twice last week

Once because of bad weather conditions over the Cape.
 	Next delay was announced as the satellite software needed an update and check.

SpaceX confirmed that all 60 satellites were online.

This is certainly an interesting development in the field of space and technology.
