Frenchman breaks world record for standing on hot air balloon

A French man named Rémi Ouvrard has broken the world record for standing on top of a hot-air balloon, while in the sky. This air balloon was at an altitude of 4,016 metres in the sky over Chatellerault in France and his father was the pilot. The whole trip lasted almost 90 minutes.
Moreover, Ouvrard broke his own previous record. This was set in 2019 and the balloon was 1,217 metres up in the sky.
And that is not the best part of the story. While of course, he broke a world record, Ouvrard also did this to raise money for a campaign to get donations for organisations to fight rare diseases.
Jaw-dropping video
He posted the jaw-dropping video of the event online, amazing people around the world. You can see him dressed in a white suit and a helmet in the video. Ouvrard also live-streamed his adventure on Facebook. And during that time, he said hello to French astronaut Thomas Pesquet, who returned to Earth from the International Space Station recently.
