Cauliflower is a healthy and nutritious vegetable. The Cauliflower plant belongs to the same family as broccoli, cabbage, kale, etc. They are also available in different varieties and colours (given below).

You can eat cauliflower raw, or cooked by frying, steaming, roasting and more.

  • It is high in fibre and B-vitamins. Fibre enhances weight loss and digestion.
  • The nutritious vegetable provides antioxidants that can protect us against cancer.
  • Moreover, the green vegetable is also high in Choline, a chemical essential for learning and memory.
  • Studies show that eating cauliflower may also help strengthen bones and boost the cardiovascular system.
  • It has been found that cauliflower also decreases the risk of obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
