Kidney beans – Healthify!

Kidney beans are a common type of beans. In India, we call it Rajma. It is most common in Mexican and Indian cuisines. Dried kidney beans are soaked and then cooked and are used in both hot and cold recipes.

Its scientific name is Phaseolus vulgaris.  Kidney beans are native to Central America and Mexico.
