Digital solutions company Kiya.ai have created India’s first banking metaverse, which they call Kiyaverse. The company works with banks and governments all over the world.

The term “Central Bank Digital Currency” refers to a type of digital money that is issued by central banks.

- With Kiyaverse, people can do business, find out about their bank accounts, and use a variety of banking products from the comfort of their own homes.
- Some of the services that will be available in these metaverses are banking advisors, peer avatars, and robot helpers.
- It plans to support Central Bank Digital Currency to make it easier to do financial transactions in the metaverse.
- Kiyaverse also plans to use haptic-enabled headphones, which are headphones that vibrate, to give a virtual environment a feel that is close to the real world.
- It will let financial institutions make dealing with customers as fun and easy as playing a video game. On the platform, you will be able to do both in-person and online banking.
