Now, you might be thinking, “But Curious Times, I’m not an artist!” Well, my dear reader, neither are we. But that doesn’t stop us from enjoying the simple joy of putting pencil to paper, does it? Drawing is for everyone, young and old, experienced or beginner. It’s a way to relax, to express ourselves, and to see the world with fresh eyes. It’s a creative activity that can be as simple or as complex as you like, and it’s always a lot of fun.

Tips for Beginner Artists

Here are a few simple tips to get you started on your own drawing adventures:

• Start Simple: Begin with basic shapes like circles, squares, and triangles. You’ll be surprised at how many things you can create with just a few shapes.
• Light Touch: Use light pencil strokes so you can easily erase any mistakes. Remember, there are no mistakes in art, only happy accidents!
• Be Bold: Don’t be afraid to experiment with different colors and styles. The most important thing is to have fun and let your imagination run wild.

Step-by-Step Camera Sketch

Let’s take inspiration from Radhika’s camera drawing and create our own. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide:

1. Body: Start with a rectangle for the camera body.
2. Lens: Draw a large circle in the center for the lens.
3. Viewfinder: Add a small rectangle on top for the viewfinder.
4. Buttons: Draw small circles and squares for the buttons.
5. Strap: Don’t forget to add a strap so you can carry your camera everywhere!
6. Details: Add your own special touches, like a smiley face on the lens or a colorful pattern on the body.
