12-year-old girl invents cute teddy bear to hide IV bag
Ella Casano is a 12-year-old girl from the United States. She has invented the Medi Teddy, a bag which looks like a teddy bear to cover the IV (intravenous) drip* bag.

Ella says that she invented the Medi Teddy so that children can see a friendly face while receiving IV drips.
 	The back side of the pouch is covered with a net so that nurses and doctors can see how much medicine is left.

Ella was diagnosed with a serious disease when she was seven.

She had to visit the hospital often and seeing all the medical equipment made her feel scared.
 	So, Ella cut up a soft toy and using glue, she made her very first Medi Teddy.

Ella and her mother are starting a nonprofit organisation to make more Medi Teddies which they will give away to children.
