Human brain is one of the most important organs in your body. And 80% of it is made of water! The brain works better when it has enough water.

As a matter of fact, water gives the brain the electrical energy for all brain functions. Water is not only an important part of the brain but also the adult human body overall. Did you know that about two-thirds of the adult human body is made of water?

How much water do our organs have?

Our muscles (including our heart) are 75% water, our blood is 83% water, our lungs are 90% water, our skin is 64% water, and even our bones are 30% water.
