A restaurant where you can pay whatever you want

A restaurant where you can pay whatever you wantDrexell & Honeybee's restaurant in Alabama, US is a unique restaurant.

Why? Because if you eat here, you can pay any amount you want for the food!

The restaurant neither has prices written on its menu nor do they demand any fixed amount from their customers.
 	Instead, they have a donation box, where customers can donate any amount they want. They don't even have to pay anything if they can't.
 	Some people drop US$3 or US$5 into the donation box, some pay nothing, and some serve food in exchange for meals.

Thomas McMillan and her husband Freddie McMillan started this restaurant in March 2018 after they retired from their jobs
 	The non-profit restaurant serves food with the motto is “We Feed the Need.”
 	Drexell & Honeybee's is open from Tuesday to Friday and serves almost 100 people a day.
 	Many of the restaurant's customers are elderly people who are poor and cannot pay for food and medicines.
 	The menu includes dishes like macaroni and cheese, okra, beef stew, mashed potatoes and peach cobbler.

Before starting this restaurant, Thomas McMillan was serving free lunches for students at a local college.
