Experts create amazing panorama of images of Mars sent by Curiosity roverNASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) sent the Curiosity rover to Mars in 2012. Curiosity is a car-sized rover or exploration device that has been exploring the crater Gale on Mars.

Curiosity has been sending many photos of the planet Mars. But recently it sent to Earth more than 1000 images of the planet.
 	Experts have put together all these detailed and clear pictures together to create a panorama. A panorama is a wide view of a physical space.

Let’s take a look at this stunning panorama of Glen Torridon.

Glen Torridon is located within the Gale crater on Mars. It is also near a mountain named Mount Sharp.
 	Curiosity took these images from 24 November to 1 December 2019.
 	This was during the Thanksgiving holiday where the scientists at NASA were on holiday. They had, of course, programmed Curiosity to click the images.
 	It snapped images between 12 noon and 2:00 p.m. local time on each of the four days.
 	Curiosity clicked the photographs using the telephoto lens on its Mast Camera. The images consist of 1.8 billion pixels. (Many pixels together make an image on a screen.)
