  • Orange carrots get their bright color from beta carotene. Beta carotene is an antioxidant that your body converts into vitamin A.
  • Evidence suggests that eating carrots can help reduce the risks of eye diseases, diabetes, blood pressure, obesity, skin diseases etc.
