Lady rescues koala from fire in AustraliaExtreme weather conditions have resulted in fires in several states in Australia.

The eastern state of New South Wales in Australia is struggling with a lot of bushfires. More than 110 fires are still burning in New South Wales and Queensland.

During all this hazard, a very emotional incident has come out. A badly-burnt koala was rescued by a lady who was passing by.

The lady named Toni Doherty saw the animal crawling out the bush fire.
 	She immediately rushed towards it and took out the koala, named Lewis out of the flames.
 	The koala cried with pain when Toni poured some water over it.
 	She then wrapped it in a blanket and took the koala to the near-by hospital.
 	For now, Lewis is stable but it will take a long time for him to recover from injuries.

A heart-warming video of this incident is going viral on the internet.

Hundreds of koalas, native to Australia, are believed to have unfortunately died in the fires. The fires have destroyed their habitat since mid-October
