PM Modi forms two new Cabinet committees

PM Modi forms two new Cabinet committeesOn 5th June, Prime Minister Narendra Modi ordered the formation of two new Cabinet committees.

The committees will focus on employment and economic growth.

PM Modi will be the chairman of both committees.

The goal of both committees is to create jobs.

The Cabinet Committee on Employment and Skill Development.

It is comprised of 10 members - PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal, Union Ministers Narendra Singh Tomar, Ramesh Pokhriyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Mahendra Nath Pandey, Santosh Kumar Gangwar, and Hardeep Singh Puri.

The Cabinet Committee on Investment and Growth.

It will have five members - PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.

These committees have been formed as a response to the decrease in India's GDP (Gross Domestic Product).

The number of unemployed* people in India has also increased.
